WETLAND DELINEATION

A wetland delineation identifies the official boundary of a wetland, and determines whether a project is subject to federal and state permitting requirements. Experience and accuracy are critical. Our consultants are some of the most experienced in the western Lake Superior region, with its unique ecology and challenging soils. We carefully examine the plants, hydrology and soil at your site to establish the boundary between wetland and upland. Clients receive a comprehensive report with our findings, which can be used for project planning and permitting.

The cost will vary based on the size and complexity of a site. A small site with one wetland requires less time than a large site with many wetlands. We offer general price ranges below so you have an idea what to expect.
